Winbox Withdrawal Guide
Follow these simple steps to submit a withdrawal request from your Winbox account.
1. Select “Withdraw” from the menu.
Note: Users must login to Winbox. Withdrawals are not available in guest mode.
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and select “Submit”.
3. Enter your 6-digit payment PIN to confirm the withdrawal request.
4. Wait for the system to review and approve your request.
Once approved, the withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment account.

If your withdrawal is still pending or the funds have not arrived after approval, keep your transaction details and contact Winbox Customer Support for assistance.
